I'm all about you being the creative and awesome motivating teach you are and integrating my techniques into your class.  The last thing you want to be is on automatic pilot listening to a playlist set in stone.  Then a robot can teach the class and no one wants to be taught be a robot.

Thanks for your patience.

So I had surgery to remove 12 fibroids on Jan 27th, 2014.  I am finally all better now, still sore on my stomach but things are well.
